	Short Breaks: Short Breaks of 3,4 or 5 day durations are operated, subject to cottage availability, from November to March inclusive.

Booking Conditions

Booking Periods are from Saturday to Saturday except at Christmas and New Year when 25 Dec & 1 Jan occur at weekends. Short breaks may be available off-season (November to March incl.) when booked within 4 weeks of holiday. Please ask for details.
Entry of Cottage not before 4.00pm on day of arrival, vacation of cottage by 10.00am on day of departure please.
A deposit of £50 will be required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due eight weeks prior to holiday start date. Payment can be made by cheque drawn on a UK Bank, Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Delta) or UK Debit Card (Switch, Solo).
Tenants agree to take care of and maintain the cottage in terms of the condition of fixtures, fittings, equipment and cleanliness. They will be liable for any damage or loss sustained during their stay or excessive cleaning required as a result. Credit/UK Debit Card details required as a guarantee of intention.
Pets accepted by arrangement only and restricted to one small to medium dog. (Strict rules governing conduct apply).
All linen and towels are provided. If let is for two weeks they will be changed after week 1.
All electricity and heating costs are included in the rental charge.
Cancellation for any reason at any time will leave the tenant liable to forfeit the deposit paid.
Cancellation for any reason after the remaining balance has been paid will carry the penalties as shown in the table below:

Note: In relation to both deposit and remaining balance we will endeavor to re-let the cottage. If successful and, entirely at our discretion, we will refund all monies paid less the sum of £20 in lieu of banking and administration costs.

The Cottage is an entirely Non-Smoking Property for hire by Non Smoking people only.

Visa, delta, JCB, Switch, Solo accepted
